Here is what should happen: - When there is only one display the presenter screen is not shown. - When there are two displays then you can define the one on which to show the presentation via the "Slide Show->Slide Show Settings..." dialog (at the bottom: "Presentation display"). The presenter screen is then shown on the other display.
