On Windows 7 the traditional "recent files" menu is not displayed per default
favoring the new per application "jump lists" instead. This means that on a
default Windows 7 the recently used files of OOo are not available in the start
menu. Since Windows 7 SHAddToRecentDocs (the method to add to the recent file
list) supports additionally passing an application id to identify which
application this file did recently use. We should make use of this so the recent
files can be seen per default on windows 7 again, with the added benefit that
recent files could possibly be associated with their respective application
(e.g. text documents with writer, presentations with impress, ... ).
