Problems which only happen "sometimes" are per definition not reproducible.
First try a 3.3rc9 or a DEV300m96. Maybe this problem has been fixed meanwhile.
Second, try to surround the problem to make it (near to) always reproducible:
see if only happens with specific documents, only with specific options...
Then if you can reproduce and surround the problem, feel free to reopen and add
the documents (ods, odt) necessary to reproduce the problem including a step by
step description of what you do.
