To reproduce: a) Create a page and a bit of text such that a paragraph is split over the bottom of the page. b) Select the paragraph above the split one, the split one and the one after the split one. c) Format/paragraph/text flow/keep with next paragraph. Nothing happens. You would expect all the paragraphs to jump to the next page. d) Now start to edit the split paragraph and voila, the "keep with next" kicks in and the paragraphs are moved. Another minor issue is that not ALL the paragraphs that should move are moved... if you edit the split one, the paragraph above it that was also included in your selection, stays on the original page rather than being moved with the rest of the paragraphs that it must be kept together with onto the new page.
