Do the following to reproduce the bug:
- Writer:
  1) Insert/Graphics/File
  2) right click to the figure, Caption
  3) Fill category - Figure, fill Caption with : (colon)
  4) OK
  5) Switch to Presenter with some open presentation (my one was done in Dark
Blue with Orange style so you can create one , add a new slide
and write something to the outline)
  6) copy some formatted text with CTRL+C
  7) get back to the writer and paste the formatted text with CTRL+V to the
Figure caption so as you get
Figure 1: xxxx formatted something with the font and color from the presenter
xxxx
  8) Use CTRL+Z - Undo. The inserted text disappears and so do the figure
itself. You end up with an empty frame with text Figure 1: inside.
I guess the inserted graphic file should survive Undoing the text insertion.
