SBA: Please note that the version (OOo 1.9.79) is a little outdated by now.
Since then, a lot of improvements have been made. I could produce a list of
hundreds of issues that were fixed since then, some of wich concerning crashes,
data losses and problems with savinfg in general. It is far too much work to
figure out if you ran into a problem that is already fixed or got "fixed along
the way". So there is nothing that can be done based on your description.
Please note: Crashes and data loss should be flagged "Prio2".
The prio "P1" is for basic massive problems like OOo can not be built or doesn't
start at all.

http://download.openoffice.org/2.0beta2/index.html - there you can download OOo
Beta2. At times it is a version 1.9.126, I think.
