You have mail delivered to your server, then you get your mail from a

I mean another system somewhere else may have inserted:

(not your system)

I'm not sure what problem it is that you are trying to solve.
In my first reply, I assumed when you said 'tere tag as spam'
you were referring to the 'X-Spam-Status-Local: Yes (130/50)' tag.
