I'm quarantining all spam messages above my kill level of 8.31. I would like to quarantine spam messages with scores between 8.31 and 15, and discard the those with scores above 15.
I don't have $sa_quarantine_cutoff_level defined and wanted to double-check that this variable controls the discarding of spam messages. Can someone confirm this?
