I'm assuming that the "mail" command pushes through the local postfix server 
though?  If so, is there an easy way to redirect the "mail" to go through a 
different server?  I mean, if the queue is backed up, then obviously I might 
not get the message very soon :) - but I have at least three other postfix 
servers sitting around that could probably do the job.
