The text for the templates is at the bottom of the amavisd executable
and can be copied to external files that amavisd-new can use. If you
read about templates in amavisd.conf-sample you will see there are two
ways to load in the external templates (read_text or
read_l10n_templates). You could break out the templates and translate
them yourself. The downside is there are occasionally changes to the
templates when a new version of amavisd-new is released, so you may have
to update them when this happens (if the change is incompatible). I
have broken out many of the templates, but they are version specific.
