toolbox contains most of the commands similar to what you mentioned.
You could modify it in system/core/toolbox to add this additional
functionality in a similar fashion to busybox.

Most of the items on the page you linked are not shell commands.

I think these types of questions would be more appropriately pointed
to the android-platform mailing list next time.
