Hi Dark Knight, It seems to be likely that the warnings you get from the USB driver (pxa27x_udc.c) is related to the issues in adb shell, because it seems there is some transfer error. From the log, it looks like you hit a WARN_ON condition -- e.g., some list is unexpectedly empty. I can't find the same file you used, but if you can post the snippet which contains the warning, it may help others give you some information.
