Do a google search "suspend blockers" and u should see a chain of 500+
mails on arm mailing list.

The wake-locks are the suspend blockers that is always there in
android kernel.
Attempt was made by Android team to upstream to kernel.org but did not
go through.

So android kernels are all with suspend blockers.
