Now that generics are supported in Java 5, need to be able to model a class
that has template parameters. This is standard UML notation. This information
will provide the information needed to the velocity templates so we can
generate classes that are genericized. Also need support for binding
dependencies since this is used to specify a source instantiates the target
template using actual parameters.
