Dear list,

while analyzing species relocations using the adehabitat-family of packages in
R (more specifically the niche, canomi and kselect functions) I wonder whether
there is a simple way to extract the coordinates of the marginality vector for
each animal not only on the first factorial plane found by the analyses, but
also on each habitat variable. Using rand.kselect() seems to offer these
coordinates in its "per.ind"-output, but any ideas about how to achieve this
for the niche and canomi analyses are highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Roland
