Hi Paula, First off, welcome to the group!
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with Arches. Unfortunately, it's not something that has been reported before or that we have run into, so we have a few questions for you to help get to the bottom of it. 1.) Can you post the graph that you are working with here? It would be helpful to take a look at that. 2.) If you open your browser's developer console (usually cmd+alt/option + i) do you see any warnings in the console when you load this page? If so can you please screen shot them and post it here? 3.) If possible it would be great for you to make a screen recording of the workflow you are using when you encounter this error with the developer console open to show any errors. There are many ways to do this but one that we have found to be relatively easy is recordit.
