Yes the title song Muqabala Muqabala really took the whole nation to storm, I have seen this personally in Pakistan. Those were my school days, the song always brings back lots of sweet memories from that period. I remember having a cassette with up to 8-9 different version of the song, including two originals and the rest lifted by Bollywood composers. Such a huge phenomena was the song. Besides the Urvashi song from the same movie, my next experience of ARR was (may not be in right order) songs Chandarlikha and Pyar kabhi na tode ge from Chor Chor, Milgaye milgaye from Love Birds, Roop suhana lagta hai (Anu Malik's rearranged version) from Gentleman, Khili chandni from Priyanka and Kehna hi kya and Ek ho gaye from Bombay. All these were dubbed movies. Only then there came Rangeela.
