Hello All, I have been requested to make all Incidents that are submitted with an 'Urgency' of "1-Critical" to be RED on the Incident Mgmt Console. Can someone help me out with the Run Process Syntax? I can't for the life of me get this to work.
I think it's supposed to be as follows. = PERFORM-ACTION-SET ROW COLOR 123456. OR.. am I approaching this completely the wrong way? I looked at the out of the box workflow and see that BMC isn't doing this the way I am trying to do it.
