I was able to use the keystore utility to install the Verisign root certificate but the authentication is still not working. The BMC document is saying to use the certutil to generate the cert7.db or cert8.db file but when I try that command I get the following error: Certutil: can not execute I am on a Unix server. Also this is the application server and we do not have Tomcat installed on this server.

It's a Java utility and comes with the installation of the SDK.
