*Position :* *Case Manager / Filenet Expert* *Location:* *Plano, TX* *Duration:* *Long Term* ****NOTE: Please send across resumes of consultant's who are on your own W2/H1 only.**** *Job Description :* - Experience in Installing IBM DataCap, IBM FileNet P8 5.2 products such as CPE, ICN, and Case Manager etc.., - Experience in installing FileNet patches and upgrades. - Provide administrative and architectural support to FileNet applications. - Work with Architect team and Identify logistical strategies for upgrades, major changes to existing technologies and implementations of new technologies within guidelines of the formal Change Control Process. - Help architects in capacity planning, gathering data for key architectural issues and finding bottlenecks in the system. - Help developers in troubleshooting the issues. - Support FileNet application testing activities like Performance Testing, Failover testing etc. - Experience in maintaining and develop enhancements for the current system, including custom J2EE web services layer - Familiar with CMIS and Web services API - Familiar with Change Management Process *Desired Skills* - FileNet Administration and Development skills - IBM DataCap 9.0 - IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager 5.2.x - Case Builder - Case Designer - Case Widgets customization / Dojo - IBM FileNet P8 Business Process Manager 5.2.x - IBM Content Navigator 2.x - IBM FileNet P8 API Development experience is a must - WAS Administration - Working experience in AIX platform Thanks and look forward to working with you.
