Kajayap, Re your recent comments, I most certainly am not kidding when stating that I believe Rich Depitro to be a bona fide developer; he has successfully preserved a historic chunk of Asbury on 2nd Avenue. Your hero The Fishman has managed to preserve nothing, has built nothing, appears to know nothing of development yet daily threatens the existence of so much that is the essence of this city. He has diminished the attractiveness of investing, building and conducting business in Asbury and foolishly squanders time and opportunity in a futile attempt to further fatten what is an obscenely rich land grab.
