the parts of the waterfront plan, that are not liked, should be looked at. something should be done. get something solid together, and try to change it. DONT wait untill their about to start work on something, to say "hey i dont like it" beasue at that point, it might be too late, and you would be delaying everything. now, your still a long way away it seems from any type of boardwalk activity. so now is the time. (also - someone said the type of buildings on the boardwalk that are being cosidered wouldnt work. yes, they 100 percent WOULD work. the question is, is that really a good thing. the way it looks, i think too many of the boadwalk buildings are planed to be indoor type places. i think they need more places like at seaside to make it feel more like your at a boardwalk. not a store on 35. a mix of both could be good.)
