Does it matter?  What a question, Given the fact that prosecutors can indict a ham sandwich!  Unlike you,  I still believe that in this Country the innocence until proven guilty rule has some  validation here.  You sound like the judge, jury and the executioner of home land security.  And if these allegations are proven false, where does one go to get their reputation back with no will or wallet in an election year?

And the racial fact, I said that all politics are local.  Silence the opposition and the Fishmen get the gold legally outright.  And if you haven't noticed, John is the last of Asbury United ( a bunch of straight Black People got involved in Asbury's politics) who's now under the gun and facing jail.

Yes, it's all politically and racially motivated.  And the BIG picture here is, given the fact that Terry Weldon has yet to cooperate and is still FREE, on BAIL or not, that is the question?  Perhaps you can answer this, How'd he do that?

Does it matter whether he fulfilled his end?  Or just that he was
willing to leverage his public position to get something for free?

And while the driveway was small, assuming it is true it
demonstrates that he and the others were willing to trade
influence.  Why should anyone believe that this is the only instance
he was willing to do this rather than the only time he did it with
an FBI undercover agent on tape?

And, if he was the only one arrested I'd understand the racial
comment.  But weren't the majority of people arrested white?  I
don't think that's fair.
