asbury partners arnt thinking about the boardwalk the
same way that other people may be. people look at it,
and dont see anything new, or different and wonder
why. if you look at it through the eyes of asbury
partners you see it differently. they want to get
residental units up and running, so their are people
living and occuping those empty beachfront blocks.
would you really want to do it the other way around?
that was a big debate a few years ago. meaning, scew
teh residental stuff, and get the boardwalk up and
running. but, that doesnt exaclty make sence.
Example - the pavillion behind club paradise were
completed and could have been rented out last summer.
they didnt jump at that, beasue they didnit want extra
eyes viewing their land. this summer might be a
little different, beasue there are big construction
projects going on. so it would be something to
attrack people to see, they want them to see this
stuff. last summer, it wasnt as visiable.
