What Dan should have said was that Fishman has not created one new
ratable.
Joe, you are just confirming that this Plan is flawed when citing the
only ratables are by independent private property owners that were
excempt from condemnation.
As far as the Beachfront Properties paying taxes, they are far to
valuable to have been placed in private ownership. A lease, partnership
agreement with State and Federal grant programs was the appropriate
course of action.
