lighty. thats good, but the thing is, unless everyone has the same state of mind, its never going to happen. im sure everyone on this message board can (probably) agree that things that are "fun" are better for asbury park, instead of residential fun (err..). something should be done as soon as possiable though to change the course everythnig is going in, if that is at all still possiable. we already have 3 large scale residential units going up. yes, with ground floor retail on all of them. but even with that, its not the same type of "retail" that asbury park had in the past.
