There's some interesting buying opportunitues in Camden....and you
thought AP had problems.
Actually, Camden County is taking some progressive steps to lure and
cure some of their problems. They have several large projects - get
this - that they are actaully seeking proposals for. I know there's a
30 acre ex shopping center that Hov will get or already got.
Given it's so close to Philly (another problem city with old stuff and
tourists and bad sections that will never ever recover...) some
developers are drooling to get into Camden County. Then again, Camden,
like the rest of NJ - has been accused of being corrupt.
