A sidebar question, How come Bill Resinick , Sackman ,RDR, and land holders buy distressed property around town, do nothing to fix them up, and hold them for a long time till they get a high sales price. Many of the properties that are sold still stay in crappy condition for the neighbors to look at. The real estate transactions are happing in the years 2003,4,5.  . Would you invest your million & half  dollars 4-5 years ago on the Jersey Apts. before the real estate boom began sweeping the county. Oh,  if you support and give to the incumbent's election campaign you are held at a different standard. Yahoo!
