? Does AP have a Sewer Authority or is it part of the Public Works

Just got around to reading the article this week about Weldon's
influence in Ocean Twp Sewer Authority, auditors, nice board jobs (with
FREE health coverage). You'd think it was Enron. Even OUR Town Manager
has managed to raise a few questions about him....If you dig back
through time (intersting '85 article) about the $500million dollar (a
number that never seems to change either) redvelopment project and the
battle on where to put the "new" sewer plant - luckily - it never
moved...was supposed to go to Ocean, then Neptune...but one intersting
quote "...never know what technology exists or will exist to reduce the
smell..."). I guess 20 years later, $3million in technology will fix
that - supposed to be paid by AP Partners.
