i dont think their temporary either,but who knows.
being the "new council" or at least one of those
members will speak up about certain topics regarding
the plan. missed deadlines, and any other thing that
wasnt done by the "books". how about let them slide
on some things, if they fix the lights? make it a
trade off. the city wont cause problems, regarding
their lateness and lack of following directions if
they fix the lights.
