George had the `deal' with the city for roughly 40 years. 2 possibly 2
½ years ago The Fishman bought George's liquor license and business
for $250,000.  George still runs the business on a mm basis, The Fish
still has the $250,000 in his bank account and George still wonders
when he'll see the money.
