With a permanently attached set of stairs leading to the roof of the gazebo in
Atlantic Square, you could make the upper section a sort of "jet-way" entrance
ramp for people wanting to take a ride on the Monster Trucks that could then
circle the gazebo. Think Lakeland's Airship Mooring. Oh wait... that ended up
being a disaster... Literally... Never mind.
