i dont know anything about what had happened in nyc. but i do think, asbury partners would be sued, if something should happen in the casino. if someone broke into ex harrys roadhouse, and had a light fall on their head. do you think the city would be responsiable or the person who owns the building? the casino is 100 percent private property. the city may be mentioned, but i dont think sued. although im not a laywer, or dont claim to be. maybe someone else with some knoweldge of the subject can touch on it.
