are more than a year behind and by the time these fast tracks are
done
we will begin to hit a condo burst bubble. It's the condos that are
the
problem...not the individual homes in my estimation. This
redevelopement is gonna take decades because no one is gonna want to
chance coming in and piling condos up.....so Fish head is gonna just
have to sit on undeveloped land for years. Everything about Fishnose
is
half baked. They just can't move! MAYBE THE BANKS ARE HAVING SECOND
THOUGHTS! I know I am....condos are not gonna do it....The HAUNTED
MANSION in Long Branch was great! That's an example of why quality
entertainment needs to be part of the equation!
