no, i didnt say that, did i? people who buy condos, are not the same type of people who usally buy houses. that is all i was trying to get at. people who buy condos in nyc dont really care if there on this block or that block. their only possiable concern maybe that there near the downtown area. which indeed both blocks would be. that goes for the beach too, many of those condos buyers want to live near the beach. they may not care if their in asbury park, or monmouth beach. but yes, its true some people may want a condo here, just for the fact that its asbury park. exciting with a bright future (hopefully) __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
