The Fish will flip that site for $15,000,000 plus take 7% of eventual
sale to users as a real estate commission even though he'll not sell
the units and not assist in creating `any' additional value; the city
was offered $10,000,000 in 2002, they declined the offer; seems there
not in the business of realizing revenue for the sale of assets.
