Thanks for the reply. I just came back from the 5 mile race at Belmar. It drives me crazy that the whole shore is so great and Asbury has been left behind. I know some people hate the con dos but but from what I see of the re-development plan the whole town will eventually benefit from higher property values, added tax base and some job opportunities although I'm not really sure about that.
