Number 5 lack of recreational activities:  I feel these kids know how to play enough. They need venues that will prepare them to make money besides selling drugs. Teach them and expand their horizons. Open up training and create jobs that will be something for them to look up to, instead of mcdonalds, kfc,taco bells. Teach them business skills, mechanic skills, etc. Lord forbid that they should be taught more games, and giving them basketball courts. That's just something to slow them down.
