Tom, what was the voter turnout in %? Did not scare tactics that the 
challengers would stop all development play a part? Did those scare 
tactics not set up, as you claim Gary's poll did, a yes or no 
situation? Aren't people dying of thirst driven to drink tainted water? 
If you are hit with a stick for an hour it feels good when it stops, 
even though nothing positive or proactive occured. Sitting in the same 
spot in bumper to bumper traffic for 2 hours, you feel good when you 
finally move 10 feet although you have not really gotten anywhere. The 
same things can be said of Asbury Partners's redevelopment efforts.
