Gotta say that's a mighty depressing statement.  You're probably right as I
see it happening as well.  But when tourism is one of New Jersey's strongest
components of the economy and towns like Wildwood have dozens if not over a
100 hotels packed with people all summer long - it's a depressing thought to
think the state will lose that.

If AC is our only destination place, it really changes the outlook of the
Jersey Shore and the Jersey Cape regions.  I used to love going to Wildwood
for a week when I was a kid.  Great boardwalk, incredibly large FREE beach.
That's the perfect tourist place.

It would really be a shame in my opinion if our memories of places like
Wildwood and the old Asbury Park become nothing more than distant memories
of what New Jersey used to be.
