Dear Rev. Brown, What I was trying to point out is the fact that if sonny boy had acted earlier alot of the suffering could have been avoided. The prisoners should have been bussed before the storm, to prisons elsewhere. Maybe if sonny boy was in DC instead of vacationing in Tx. there could have been a plan and the criminal activities could have been lessen.
