But there was public hearings and planning board review which were submitted to he city on April 26 and which ultimately led to the adoption. Unless you meant to say it the other way around (differences between June and March), but that would assume that DEP keeps the June and the city adopts it. No, I assume that that what the city contends is the plan will be substituted for what DEP has. Since the city contends that already went for review, none else may be needed.
