Wrong! He's paid by the City. I worked for the last City Attorney
before him, so I know! They're ALL paid with YOUR TAX DOLLARS!

is why he gives advice in the best interest of the developer and not
the city. It is 4 years after the MOU and 3 years after the RA and
there has been little progress. Aaron is not doing his job from the
city's perspective. Had he been doing his job it would be unnecessary
for the council to NOW finally get off its duff and send a letter to
Fishman to get started with the Casino et al. Let's see if they
follow through or if Aaron blunts their move.

public. You never know if it is sincere or just ass kissing to keep
his contract secure. Waiting with baited breath Tom for that lawsuit
of yours agaisnt the city.

told the city that the Triangle is worth $490,000. I purposefully
left out AND STREETS in that sentence because that is exactly what
the appraiser did in her valuation although the documents clearly
indicate that the street areas are INCLUDED amd ENLARGE the parcel.
The council should be big enough to put politics aside and see that
my criticisms of this appraiser are not only valid, but obvious.
