Didn't Clarke etc do the orginal plans?? Sshowed the "new casino" and
new palace "hotel"..... there were sketches done of a new interior to
C.Hall - with a new club (amazing what you see when you're in some
architects office), plans were done for a new 5th ave pav (many
renditions) while ugly, no further movement. Why? No developer,
retailer jumped high to pay and then develop.
What are you going to get - more drawings from planners and architects?
