Hath not any man, woman, people the same needs, rights, wants, hurts,
pleasures, pains as any other?
Who but the most rabid among us cannot see that beneath our skin,
beyond our dogmas, above our likes, dislikes and prejudices we are the
same?
How long must we live, how much do we need and for how long will we
refuse to recognize that we are a desperately interdependent species,
no greater than the least among us, no less than the best?
