Thanks Dan. I was hoping you'd see why I posted those snippets.
Times have changed. Time to STOP dealing unless the REAL money, as in
developers, come in. There are few areas in NJ that are truly in need
of abatements. I said truly. You don't need Walmart on every corner.
Jsut need crime/drug control to bring back neighborhoods, not
all 'ratables' that don't pay.
