Look where we are with regard to the beachfront properties. The article was not strong enough, although I think it makes clear that individuals, both small developers and property owners, are those who are pushing this city foward and that it is Asbury Partners that is holding us back. I think the story speaks of hope and not failure. Asbury Partners WILL NEVER rehabilatate the beachfront buildings. The sooner that is realized the better off we will be. We can't cry over spilled milk, but it is what it is and we have to fix it. They have to go; the sonner the better.
