I was not sure if I should respond to the group on this or directly to Maureen so I errored on the side of caution and included everyone.   I am a new homeowner on Monroe Avenue just west of the train tracks with my husband and one of our best friends.  My primary residence is in Manhattan but I will be spending quality time in Asbury Park. I did not write a book, but I have written freelance for a few magazines in the past.   Hope all is well with everone.
