It's all bs.

The whole argument around "blighted" areas, especially in NJ, is to 
investigate those who created and nutured the blight. This should be 
done in Asbury as well as Long Branch.

Blight, while tolerated and contolled for future enhancements, should 
not be a basis for eminent domain on private property for trasnfer to a 
developer.
