How ingorant of you to assert that I or anyone else is 'anti-
redvelopment" How do you make that conclusion?

What I have been asking for is to remove the residential density from
the core area of the oceanfront (between 1st Ave, 5th Ave, Kingsley,
Ocean). And relocate that density (#of units) to north of the BC Hotel.

That would free up the core of the oceanfront for rezoning back to
traditional tourism, entertainment, etc, uses. That would create the
critical mass of similar uses needed to assure the success of ConHall,
Pavs, Casino, etc.

Kindly explain how advocating for better land use and City Planning
is "anti-redevelopment".

Werner

(Mind your own bricks, they were taken with permission and will become
my driveway.)
